Design & Mockup Approval

Digital Proofs: We will provide a digital mockup of your design for approval. It is the customer's responsibility to review all spelling, logos, colors, and player numbers.

Approval Sign-off: Once a mockup is approved via email or signature, we are not responsible for errors present in the approved design.

Color Matching: While sublimation allows for vibrant colors, slight variations may occur between digital screens and the final printed fabric.

Sizing & Quantities

Size Responsibility: Customers are responsible for selecting sizes based on the provided Size Chart (ranging from 3 Months to 4XL).

Custom Nature: Because these items are custom-manufactured for your team or business, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes ordered.

Add-on Orders: We recommend ordering a few "extra" blanks for late additions, as small re-order runs may have different lead times or pricing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Items

All sales on custom sublimated or decorated items are final. Returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations 

Orders cannot be canceled once the sublimation/printing process has begun.

Tax Exempt Policy

Tax Exempt: Tax Exemption certificates must be provided before payment. Sales tax will not be refunded after the transaction is completed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items or gift cards.
